Two Valve Manifold comprises of isolation, drain / vent and equalizing
valve which are use to control instrumentation system. We manufacture
and Supply different configurations of Two valve Manifold Valves offer
different options for isolation, drain / vent and equalizing. These
valves are also best suitable for isolating, calibration and draining
(venting) pressure gauges and transmitters. The main feature of the
ese two valve manifold is that by connecting a test gauge to the vent
port, it is possible to check the calibration of the installed instrument
without removing it from the installation.
We are manufacturing and supplying Duplex Stainless Steel Two valve manifolds, being designed for connecting system impulse line & transmitters. These manifold consist of two valve configuration which allows for easy isolation, calibration, block and bleed for gauges, pressure switches and static pressure transmitting instruments. These manifolds are rugged in construction to withstand high pressures and temperatures. Duplex Steel Two valve manifolds are rated for pressures as high as 6000 PSI at 200 o F or 4000 PSI at 500 o F. with PTFE Packing and Grafoil Packing is used for a higher temperature applications. These duplex stainless steel manifolds combine the functions of a tee, calibration valve, isolation valve and all tubing and fittings into a single compact unit thus reducing number of fittings and space required for installation.

Duplex Steel Straight Type Two Valve Manifolds
Duplex Steel Straight Type Design Two valve manifolds are designed
and manufactured by us for remote or separate mounting applications.
In this type of valves design permit us connecting from process line
1/2" NPT(F) and Instrument side 1/2" NPT(F) Connecting system
impulse lines and transmitters, having simple two valves configuration
which allows for easy block or Isolate, Bleed or Vent valve calibration
of a static pressure transmitter or gauge. This design of Duplex stainless
steel Manifold valves are best suitable for pipe to pipe mounting
applications. Bleed or vent connection with Duplex Steel plug will
be provided on request.
Weight of each Duplex steel valve will be approximate 0.95 Kgs. (2.1
Lbs.).
Duplex Steel Single Flanged Integral Tee Type Two Valve Manifold
Duplex Stainless Steel Single Flanged Integral (Tee Type Design) Two
Valve Manifolds valves are designed for direct mounting. Connecting
from process pipe line side 1/2" NPT (F) and Instrument side
Flanged connection on suitable for DP transmitter. Connecting system
impulse lines and transmitters, having simple two valves configuration
which allows for easy block or Isolate, Bleed or Vent valve calibration
of a static pressure transmitter or gauge.
Bleed or vent connection with Duplex Stainless Steel plug will be
provided on request.

Duplex Steel Direct Mount Type Design Two Valve Manifolds
Using the Duplex Steel Isolate & Bleed Manifold Valves
In normal operation the “isolate” valve is open while
the “vent” valve is closed
To remove the instrument, first close the “isolate” valve,
then open the “vent” valve to relieve pressure upstream
of the “isolate” valve
By connecting a test gauge to the vent port of this Duplex Steel
Two Valve Manifold, it is possible to check the calibration of the
installed instrument without removing it from the installation
