Our Duplex Stainless Steel Five Valve Manifolds are designed
to reduce installation costs and improve safety performance. The consolidation
of valves into one unit provides site engineers with a combination
of instrument isolation together with bleed or vent and test facilities.
We are manufacturers and suppliers of Duplex Stainless Steel Five
valve manifolds in a broad range and variety of designs like pipe
to pipe (R), pipe to flange (T) and flange to flange (H) designed
for connecting system impulse lines & transmitters. These manifolds
valves consist of 1/2" NPT (F), pipe to flange or flange to flange
connections and of one equalizer valve, two block valves and 2 nos
1/4" NPT (F) purge (VENT) connections. These DSS manifolds
valves are constructed to sustain at high pressures and temperatures
applications. These DSS 5 valve manifolds are rated for pressures
as high as 6000 PSI at 200 o F or 4000 PSI at 500 o F. with the option
of PTFE Packing and Grafoil Packing at higher temperature applications.

USER GUIDE FOR DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL FIVE VALVE INSTRUMENTATIONS
MANIFOOLDS
In normal operations the “isolate” DSS valves are open
while the “equalize” and “vent” DSS valves
are closed. This provides a differential reading to the gauge or transmitter
To zero the instrument, first close both “vent”valves
and the downstream “isolate” DSS valve. Then open the
“equalize” DSS valve and adjust the zero settings on the
instrument
To remove the instrument, first close both the “isolate”
DSS valves, then open the “equalize”DSS valve followed
by opening both “vent” DSS valves to relieve pressure
between the manifold and the instrument
