Types of Duplex steel Flanged End Valves we Manufacture
We manufacture basically three type of duplex steel flanged ball valves
. The full-port flanged ball valves internal diameter is equal to
the inner diameter of the pipe to be installed. Venturi and reduced-port
flanged ball valves are generally one pipe size smaller than the running
pipe line size. Duplex stainless steel Flanged Ball valves are manufactured
in different body configurations like Top entry Duplex Steel Flanged
Ball valves allow access to valve internals for maintenance by removal
of the valve Bonnet-cover. This type of valves facilitates maintenance
engineers to not to remove valve from the pruning pipe system.
Split body Flanged Ball valves consists of a two parts, where one
part is smaller as the other. The ball is inserted in the larger body
part, and the smaller body part is assembled by a bolted connection.
Further we can have these flanged ball valves body in Three pc, and
one pc designs as well.
Duplex steel Flanged Gate valves primary function is to start or
stop liquid flow, and when a straight-line flow of fluid and minimum
flow restriction are needed. In service. These valves allows only
two positions i.e. either fully open or fully shut.
The disk of this duplex steel Gate valve is completely removed when
it is fully open; the disk is fully drawn up into the valve Bonnet.
This mechanism allows flow through the valve at the same inside diameter
as the pipe line in which the valve is installed. These flanged gate
valve are generally used for a wide range of liquids and provides
a tight seal when this valves are closed.

and test requirements of Flanged Valves.
Duplex Stainless Steel Flanged Valves
Inspection Standard
As per API 598 or or BS
6755 Part-1. The standard covers inspection, supplementary
examination, and pressure test requirements for both resilient-seated
and metal-to-metal seated Flanged Valves. Pertains
to inspection by the purchaser and to any supplementary examinations
the purchaser may require at the valve manufacturer's plant.

Marking and Identifications
Each Duplex Stainless Steel Flanged Valve is identified
on proper name plate and on valve body as stated by MSS-SP 25, ASME
B16.34 Name plate carries all information on rating, size, valve body
and trim material, customer tags.
Marking includes material designations (as per ASTM standard) and
heat code and our company trade mark.
